Ad Grants accounts are subject to stricter guidelines than traditional Google Ads accounts. The main ones are
1. Display only on the search network: Only text ads can be used within Google Ad Grants accounts. Display or Shopping ads are not possible.
2. No one-word keywords: With the exception of your own brand, recognised diseases and the following exceptions, all keywords used must be more than one word.
3. Specified performance: The account must achieve a CTR of 5% at account level each month. If the CTR falls below 5% for two consecutive months, the account may be suspended.
4. Valid conversion tracking: Accounts created in 2018 or later must implement valid conversion tracking and measure at least one conversion per month.
