Since June 2016, Anika has been supporting The Boutique Agency as a SEA specialist.

She has experience with both B2B and B2C clients and understands the needs of both international and local clients.

Anika also enjoys project management and deep work, trains trainees and, as Team Lead SEA since February 2020, develops her staff and supports them as a sparring partner.

About Anika

Anika is the product specialist for internationalisation. Here she is the interface with Google, dives into the relevant tools for market and country analysis, defines best practices for internationalisation in SEA and supports clients and colleagues with all questions related to the topic.

Something that should not be missing from her desk: Notebook with to-do list for the day and photos of her nephew.

First thing in the morning: Listening to the podcast, tidying up the kitchen and eating breakfast.

Anika's personality type is: ISFJ - The Defender. Defenders are true altruists and respond to kindness with even more kindness. They devote themselves with enthusiasm and generosity to the causes and people they care about.

Professional career

From 2014 to 2016, Anika worked as SEO & Content Manager at the recommendation platform stylefruits. Her main responsibilities were onpage optimisation and content marketing. Since 2016, she has also been responsible for Facebook and app marketing for stylefruits.de.

Anika spent a semester abroad in Belgium in 2010.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, Anika completed her master's degree in media management at Bauhaus University Weimar.

As part of her continuing education, Anika attended the Female Leadership Academy, which encouraged her to live and develop her leadership style.
