Passion projects Oliver pursues in or outside of work: all kinds of impact projects with a special focus on collaboration with Effektiv Spenden. Another personal project close to his heart is his podcast, “1000 gute Gründer”.
What only few people know about Oliver: He was active as a musician for many years and toured across Europe, Russia, and Japan with his band.

Road to Founder and CEO
Before founding The Boutique Agency, Oliver was from 2010 to 2014 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at windeln.de, a leading European e-commerce startup for baby products. Together with his team, he acquired over 1 million customers, a success that ultimately enabled the company’s IPO. His responsibilities included optimizing Google Ads accounts, SEO, TV and display advertising, and web analytics.
Prior to that, he served as Head of Online Marketing at be2, an international matchmaking platform, where he successfully scaled international SEM campaigns, optimized large Google Ads accounts, and implemented SA360 strategies.
In addition to his leadership role at The Boutique Agency, Oliver advises companies in finance, insurance, travel, e-commerce, publishing, B2B, and SMEs, primarily on Google Ads and online marketing strategy. Since 2009, he has also been a trainer at 121WATT.
Oliver is a sought-after speaker and has presented at SMX Munich (2008–2019, 2022), OMX Salzburg (2016), DMEXCO (2019), and SES Berlin (2009, 2010, 2012). He is also a member of the advisory board for SMX Munich.
He is a Google Ads Professional as well as a Google Analytics Qualified Individual.
