As an Online Marketing Consultant, Johanna advises clients from the B2B, SaaS and e-commerce sectors on all aspects of SEO, web performance and usability. She is also a Product Specialist for UX & Usability and supports our clients in optimising websites for users and Google in order to reduce barriers and increase conversions.

Heart projects that Johanna pursues in or out of work: She voluntarily supports the Design Democracy project: an online platform that invites designers to create political posters. The posters are distributed via social media with deliberately undemocratic hashtags in order to break through filter bubbles and counteract an increasing social divide.
Few people know this about Johanna: she loves nature and adventure and has already done a survival tour in the South American jungle.
Johanna's favourite Core Value is: appreciation, because it is one of the reasons why she likes to come to work in the morning.
In her free time you can meet Johanna: on her bike or at the Isar.

Professional background
Johanna studied media science and business administration at the University of Regensburg and at the Universitat de Barcelona. Afterwards she did her Master's degree in Media Management at the Bauhaus University in Weimar.
Before The Boutique Agency, she worked as an intern for the ProsiebenSat.1 Group and for the jewellery and watch manufacturer Cartier. During her traineeship with us, she did additional training at the University of Applied Sciences Munich in Design Thinking, where she learned the user-centred design process through practical examples.
She speaks fluent English and conversational Spanish, having lived in New Zealand for seven months and Barcelona for a year. She is also certified in Google Mobile Experience and Google Analytics (GA4).
