Project Manager Marketing & Communications

As Project Manager Marketing & Communications, Paulina has been working in The Boutique Agency external and internal communication since April 2021.

In addition to social media, newsletters, client events and press relations, Paulina works with her SEO colleagues on the website and with Julia on event planning. 
She is also responsible for the corporate identity.

About Paulina

At The Boutique Agency, Paulina led the rebranding from SEM Boutique to The Boutique Agency on the communications side in March 2022. She is part of the internal sustainability task force and is an advocate for sustainability outside of work.

Paulina is also a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trained first aider.

Her internal role at The Boutique Agency (really) is: Part of the after-work drinks committee, sheephead coach and bundle of energy (except on Mondays).

Heart projects that Paulina pursues in or out of work: Sustainable eating and living.

Few people know this about her: Paulina has been to three Backstreet Boys concerts and, according to, is a Slytherin :-O.

Paulina's favourite core value is appreciation because it is the ultimate motivator.

In her free time, you can find her extrovertedly socialising with people, a drink in her hand, spinning or climbing a mountain, or just hanging out with her regulars for a game of Scrabble.

Paulina's 16 MBTI personality are: ESFP - The Performer, i.e. Paulina as an entertainer is spontaneous, energetic, fun-loving and enjoys the things around her: good food, animals, nature and especially the people around her.

If Paulina wasn't Project Manager Marketing & Communications, she would be Owner of a charity farm and/or a professional singer (which Paulina now lives out in the occasional karaoke session).

Professional career

Paulina began her career with an apprenticeship as a retail saleswoman, then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, while working in marketing at Casino Bavaria. She stayed there for another four years after graduating, working in a variety of marketing roles.

After graduating, she travelled to Australia on a work and travel visa and worked as a polo horse trainer.
