Project Manager Marketing & Communications

As Project Manager Marketing & Communications, Paulina has been working in The Boutique Agency external and internal communication since April 2021.


In addition to email marketing, social media and press relations, she works together with Julia on the website and event planning. Corporate identity is also in her area.

About Paulina

At The Boutique Agency, Paulina managed the rebranding from SEM Boutique to The Boutique Agency on the communications side in March 2022. She is part of the internal sustainability task force and is an advocate for sustainability outside of work.

Paulina is also trained as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) first aider.

Her favourite tools: Canva, Figma and Asana.

Her internal role at The Boutique Agency is (actually): Part of the afterwork drinks committee, sheephead coach and bundle of energy (except on Mondays).

Heart projects Paulina pursues in or out of work: Sustainable eating and living.

Few people know this about her: Paulina has been to a Backstreet Boys concert three times is in the Slytherin house according to :-O.

Paulina's favourite Core Value is appreciation because that is the quintessential motivational boost.

In her free time you can meet her: as an extrovert among people with a drink in her hand, while spinning or climbing a mountain, or just with her regulars at a game of Schafkopfen.

Paulina's 16Personalities is: ESFP - The Performer, i.e. Paulina as an entertainer is spontaneous, energetic and fun-loving and enjoys the things around her: good food, animals, nature and especially the people around her.

If Paulina wasn't Project Manager Marketing & Communications, she would be: Owner of a charity farm and/or a professional singer (which Paulina now lives out every now and then at karaoke).


Professional career

Paulina started her professional life with an apprenticeship as a retail saleswomanin retail, then completed a B.A. in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and worked in parallel with in-depth practice in marketing at the Casino Bavaria.

She stayed there for another four years after completing her Bachelor's degree and worked in a wide range of marketing fields.

After completing her studies, she travelled to Australia on a work-and-travel visa and worked there as a polo horse trainer.
